Please follow the steps below if you would like to change the type of authentication method.
- Clear your browser cache. DUO is not presented everything you log in and clearing the cache will force the DUO process.
- Navigate to Passport sign in page.
- Sign into Passport with your credentials.
- Open up DUO and select "Other options" on the screen presented. See screenshot below.
- Select your new desired authentication method. See screenshot below for what options you are able to select from.
