Below are different scenarios for DUO when you need to change your phone number and/or have a new phone.
New Phone:
If you have a new phone but the same number.
- Install the DUO Mobile app on the new phone.
- Contact us to send you a reactivation link via text message.
New Phone Number:
If you have the same phone and only have a new number, use the Push Notification.
New Phone and New Phone Number:
If you have a new phone and a new number, you will need to contact us to delete the previous phone number. Please clear the web browser's cache and cookies, open the web browser in private/incognito mode, or try a different web browser before you use the directions sent to you to enroll the new device and phone number.
