The self-service device management feature "Manage Devices" can be accessed by clicking the "Other options" link prior to authenticating your account.
- If you do not have access to the primary device on your DUO two-factor authentication account, please contact NCSBN Passport Administrator.
- If you selected, "Yes, this is my device" within the last 14 days, please clear the web browser's cache and cookies, open web browser in private/incognito mode, or try a different web browser so you can delete the old phone number.
From the device management screen, find the phone number you want to delete and click Edit, then Delete. Please note you must have at least one phone number registered in order to see a delete option.
