Nursys e-Notify Institution Account User Types

• Nursys suggests every institution maintain at least 2 users designated with the Administrator Account Type permissions to avoid disruption or loss of account access. 
• An institution account can have multiple users of any type.
• An email address can only be used for a single user on a single account. If access to multiple accounts is needed, including if they have a Nurse and an Institution account, they must use different email addresses.

Administrator	Administrator box checked	Same as the standard user plus, All account changes must be made/approved by a listed Administrator. Access to Setting Tab add/edit/remove Users add/edit/remove "Locations" Can request new/updates to API credentials and will receive communications regarding API downtimes/changes.
Nursing Leader Contact	Nursing Contact box checked	Same as Standard User Name and contact information provided to U.S. nursing regulatory bodies/boards of nursing (NRBs/BONs).
