To create a free Nursys e-Notify Institution Account:
- Go to www.nursys.com/e-notify
- Select the “As an Institution” button
- Click the “Create an institution account” button.
- Agree to the Nursys e-Notify Terms and Conditions.
- Provide Institution Information
- Provide your "Institution Name"
- Select the "Institution Type" from the dropdown that best describes your organization.
- Provide an address for your institution. This must be a U.S. address.
- Answer the "How did you hear about Nursys e-Notify" question.
- Confirm city and zip code to move forward.
- Create your Administrator user account.
- Name, Dept., Title
- Contact Phone number
- Contact Email address (This is for signing in and receiving notifications.)
- Create your password
- Initially, the notification selections cannot be removed as all notifications must be sent to at least 1 user. Later, if other users receive that notification it can be unselected under your profile.
- If you are unsure about selecting yourself as the Nursing Leader Contact see: Nursys e-Notify Institution Account User Types. You will be required to designate at least one user as a Nursing Leader Contact for the account.
- Review
- You can add additional users to the account now or later. Newly added users are sent an email asking them to create a password. It is best practice to maintain at least two Administrators.
- Complete the Security verification.
- Click the "Register Now" button.
- You need to enroll at least 1 license to the account's Nurse List. If no licenses are enrolled within 28 days the account will be deleted.
