Yes, the registration fee is forfeited if you cannot cancel outside of 24 business hours from your appointment and/or do not keep your appointment. You will need to re-register and pay another exam fee. Because a test was not administered, you would be able to test after you are made eligible again by your nursing regulatory body and receive a new Authorization to Test. The same policy applies to a candidate who does not test within their authorization period.
