If after a few invalid login attempts, Passport still doesn't recognize your Username / Email Address or Passphrase that you entered, Passport will tell you to request a link to reset your passphrase; You do not need to reset your passphrase. Please contact your board of nursing/nursing regulatory body (NRB) Passport Administrator to unlock your account. If you are not sure who your NRB's Passport Administrator is, please contact the NCSBN Customer Experience Team at CustomerExperience@ncsbn.org.
As a note, resetting your passphrase does not unlock your Passport account.
