How do I reset my ICRS account password?

The forgot password link is on the ICRS Instructure Canvas login page:

1. Please go to the ICRS campus: https://www.icrsncsbn.org
2. Click on "Sign In" in the upper right corner.
3. Once on the sign-in page, click on the "Learner Sign In" button under Public Learners. This will take you to the ICRS Instructure Canvas login page.
4. Click on the "Forgot Password?" link to reset your password. The Login is the email address you used to create the account when you purchased the course. 
5. Go to the email account to find the message from ICRS Connections ([e-mail]) with the subject "Forgot Password: Canvas" (Please be patient. It can take up to 30 minutes and don't forget to check your Spam/Junk folder.)
6. Click the link in the email, it will take you back to Canvas to create a new password. It must be at least 8 characters long and include at least 1 lowercase letter, at least 1 uppercase letter, and at least 1 number.
7. Type the new password in again to the "confirm new password" box.
8. Once confirmed, it will bring you back to the ICRS Instructure Canvas login page.
9. Enter your email address along with the password you just created.
10. Once you are logged in, you will see the dashboard.

Please Note: If you are staff or a sitting member of a nursing regulatory body/board of nursing, you will log in to NCSBN Passport to access your ICRS account.
