We suggest you review this entire email as multiple actions may be required and can take time to be completed. If you arrive at the test center and this entry requirement is not met, you will be turned away, and the registration, all fees, and the Authorization to Test (ATT) will be forfeited. You would then need to register, pay, and be granted eligibility by the NRB again.
Important: The names listed as “first name” and “last name (surname)” must match on all 3 of these on the day you arrive for your examination:
- The name on record with the nursing regulatory body (NRB).
- The name on the acceptable ID you bring to the exam appointment.
- The name on your Pearson VUE account.
If your first or last name is too long, and you cannot fit all of it, we suggest you contact Pearson VUE first and provide the agent with information on the exact way it appears on the acceptable ID that you will be bringing to the exam appointment. The answer can depend on the nature of the name (just long, multiple names, if hyphenated, etc.).
